3/2 Cups Cantaloupe
1 Cup Spinach
1 Cup Cale
1/2 Cup Pineapple
1/2 Cup Silken Tofu
Then blend and stuff it in a cantaloupe. Creating a cantaloupe bowl allows more of the cantaloupe flavor to seep into the smoothie.
Next, I topped it with blueberries, celery leaves (I found those in the fridge and thought they go well with this. They are from my mother’s garden), apple stars, peanut butter, almonds, pistachio, and a chili pepper I found lying around to add contrast.
