- 2-3 Bananas
- 2 Spoons of powdered peanut butter
- 1 Spoon of cacao nibs
- 1/2 Apple
Note: The texture of powdered peanut butter is easier to blend and taste better than regular peanut butter.
- Peanut butter (I filled a plastic bag with peanut butter, cut a small hole in the corner, and squeezed the peanut butter out like icing on a cake).

- The designs on the smoothies are made with coconut yogurt mixed well to create a smooth texture. It was dotted on the smoothie then dragged with a toothpick to make the shape.
